Client Servicing Executive

Job Overview: 

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be skilled in communication and problem-solving, with a strong focus on understanding and addressing client needs.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth objectives.
  • Proper follow-up and maintain the records.
  • Fulfil the sales target and regular updates.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Customer-centric approach and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address client concerns and find solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or any related field.
